Dr.Foram is a NY/ NJ licensed Physical therapist who received her doctoral from Utica college and has been practicing in the New York City area since 2013.

Foram utilizes many manual techniques including:

• Graston Technique
• Dry Needling Therapy
• Stecco Approach (Fascial Manipulation)
• ART (Active Release Technique)

She has keen interests in working with fitness enthusiasts and active individuals like:

• Performing Artists (Dancers, SIngers, Actors)
• Crossfit Athletes
• Tennis Players
• Skaters
• Runners

Dr.Foram is a people person and believes her ability to easily connect with people is a huge asset to her profession. She firmly believes that physical therapy is more than just treating a physical symptom and hence sees the body as a whole to connect physical, emotional, mental, and energy bodies within her approach. Her approach is greatly inspired by YOGA practices.

Dr.Foram is also an avid dance lover and trains professionally at SHIAMAK ACADEMY since 2016 and also participates in Crossfit events along with her passion of improving mobility in strength athletes.

Dance Medicine Specialist, Reformer Pilates Specialist

Dr. Lauren Coar, PT, DPT is a licensed physical therapist in New Jersey, New York, and Florida. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Seton Hall University in 2023 and is committed to providing evidence-based, person-centered care tailored to each patient’s needs.

With a lifelong background in dance, Dr. Coar has a special interest in dance medicine. She began dancing at age 3 and is a two-time national champion as an alumna of the University of Delaware Dance Team. Her personal experience allows her to connect deeply with dancers and empower them with the care and education she once sought as a performer.

Dr. Coar has completed Reformer Pilates teacher training through Balanced Body and specialized Dance Medicine training, enhancing her ability to assess movement, prevent injury, and support performance across all populations.
